• How many people and bags — so the boot is big enough; a child seat, if you need one, is included in the price.
• Where you plan to drive — the coast and the mountains call for different cars.

Requests are confirmed within 15–20 minutes between 9:00 and midnight, and there is no prepayment. Requests are not confirmed at night, so book a morning delivery the day before, during the day or in the evening. If your plans change after that, message the same chat in advance.

What happens at handover

One thing to know before a mountain road: the insurance never covers tyres or the underbody, on any road, so their repair is paid by the renter. A higher car and a slow pace on rough stretches keep that risk low.
