Car rental at Kutaisi Airport

• Minimum term 1 day; unlimited mileage; cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup, later a 10% fee.
• Routes: mountains allowed except premium cars and low sedans; gravel permitted, but tires and underbody are not covered; winter tires from November; border crossings only with a Georgian residence permit, with deposit and extra fee (tourists without RP effectively cannot).

Batumi is about 2 hours’ drive, Tbilisi about 3 hours on the highway. One‑way rentals between major cities are possible; any fee is confirmed at booking. Tbilisi → Batumi is usually free; Batumi → Tbilisi may have a commission confirmed at booking. Heading straight to Batumi? Pick up on arrival and go.
