Your data is processed by DRACARS, a car rental company in Georgia. You can reach us by phone at +995 574 038 531, by email at info@dracars.ge or at 24 Shavsheti St, Batumi.

Only what you enter into the forms yourself:

— name and phone number — required, we cannot confirm a booking without them;

— email and messenger handle — optional, so we can send the confirmation;

— your comment: flight number, child seat, travel plans;

— messages you write in the online chat;

— booking details: the car you chose, dates, pick-up and return locations.

We do not collect passport data and do not take payments on the site. Documents are shown when you pick the car up, and payment is made on the spot.

To handle your request: contact you, confirm the booking, clarify the details and deliver the car to the right place at the right time. We do not use this data for newsletters or advertising.

Bookings and chat messages reach our manager through Telegram so that we can answer quickly. The website and the database are hosted with Vercel and Neon.

We do not share or sell your data to anyone else.

Bookings and chat history are kept for up to three years — we may need them to resolve disputes about past rentals. We will delete them earlier if you ask.

The site uses a minimum of technical files: it remembers the language you chose and, if you opened the online chat, the conversation id — so that you see the manager's reply when you come back.

There are no advertising or tracking counters on this site.

You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Just write or call using the contacts above — we reply within a few days.

If this policy changes, we will update the text on this page and the date at the top.
